Assembly Process

PROTEVS was designed since the beginning to assure a simple and fast paced installation process. This is achieved with the concept of an assembly process almost failure proof allowing the deployment and maintenance by non specialized resources.

The assembly process is achieved according to a specific implementation approach that will allow concurrent teams to implement several islands at the same time optimizing the overall project duration.

Sub-Assembly of some components can be done decentralized from the installation site
Knowledges transfer is assured to the work teams allowing fully autonomy in the overall process

The assembly and sub-assemblies are designed to be foolproof and modular.
Full assembly using a single tool.
No need for specialized technicians.

Logistic and Maintenance

7 islands (1MWp) in t10 40’ container.
Equivalent solutions take up to 3x more space 1 MW = thirty 40’ containers!
Maintenance facilitated by proximity to water, allowing free circulation over the platform, easy access and easy replacement procedures
No specialized maintenance need.
Monitoring and tracking system that will upload data to an internal portal
